Golf WorkoutToday’s Strength Training

Beginner Training

1.) Back Squat:

  • 3 sets of 8-10 reps with a weight that is slightly difficult.  Work on your form.

2.) Super-Set: Push-Ups & Dumbell Bent-Over Row

  • 3 sets of max rep push-ups and 8-10 rep bent over row

Intermediate/Advanced Training

1.) Back Squat:

  • 3 sets on 3 reps

2.) Super-Set – Weighted push-up & Barbell Bent-Over Row:

  • 3 sets of 3-5 reps for each exercise.

Today’s Conditioning Training

4 rounds as fast as possible with no rest

  • 30 ball slams
  • 20 jump squats
  • 10 dips
