The Pros And Cons Of Barefoot Training


Hello all,

Check out my most recent post over at Inside Fitness all about barefoot shoes and the scientific evidence for the pros and cons of their use.  As you know, I am a big proponent of this type of shoe, but they are not ideal for everyone, particularly if you have been wearing regular shoes for a very long time.  Transitioning to barefoot shoes needs to be gradual for most people, otherwise injury can occur.
